Jim's One Week Wash

This sugar wash is simple and very fast. Pitch the yeast one weekend and distil the next.

If you are looking for a really neutral wash that is as convenient as Turbo Yeast but without the high cost or strong odours, then give this a try. It can be conveniently made up into nutrient packs ready to go.

Just dissolve the sugar then nutrients, then make up to 25 litres and sprinkle on the instant dry yeast such as Lowan.
